I'm not taking sides in this case, but you've made some very valid points that would hold up to anyone on this forum who is developing something new (more specifically - something critical to the functionality of the car). AshZ is in the cross hairs right now, but it will be someone else's turn in the fire when they introduce the next new widget. By the way, as a semi-casual observer in this case: I think AshZ would receive less "critical" comments if the defensiveness was turned down a notch or two. Let the comments slide and let your product do your PR work for you...... Good luck. Dave N
